Information provided to the Studio is utilized exclusively for:

• Reviewing project requirements and delivering accurate technical proposals and estimates.
• Executing Statements of Work, delivering sprint milestones, and coordinating technical handovers.
• Issuing invoices, processing milestone payments, and fulfilling statutory accounting requirements.

As an engineering studio, security is integral to our operational practices. We implement:

We retain preliminary project inquiries for up to twelve (12) months. Executed client contracts, invoices, and accounting documentation are maintained in accordance with statutory record-keeping regulations in India.

Following project completion and warranty sign-off, client-furnished test datasets, temporary staging environment credentials, and development database dumps are securely purged within sixty (60) days.
